Ergomonics with Ann Kelly
Ann Kelly’s presentation will focus on how we can employ ergonomics to decrease stress on our bodies as we enjoy our passion of working with fiber.
Ann has enjoyed creating things since she was a child. She was exposed to weaving when she was in school to become an Occupational Therapist. She was an Occupational Therapist for 39 years and is now retired. She was also a certified ergonomist for many years and has enjoyed helping others be able to continue to do what they love and gives meaning and purpose to their lives through creating comfortably. She tries to be creative every day and enjoys tapestry weaving, weaving on a 4 harness Leclerc floor loom, pin loom and bead weaving. You can check out her artist page at locoguild.com.
No zoom broadcast will be provided for this meeting since the demonstration and subject is not compatible with a meaningful zoom presentation. We encourage In-Person attendance to get the most out of this presenter.
Please check the website to keep abreast of posted meeting minutes and announcement of upcoming Guild activities, especially regarding LFP Lamb Jam which happens the first weekend of May.
If you are not able to attend in person and have questions or announcements, please don't hesitate to send them to or call Karen at 440.785.5346. Hope to see you there!
